VeluneLiving provides free return shipping for eligible returns within the 60-day return window.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Bedding & Pillow Returns

For hygiene and product-care purposes, bedding and pillows should be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the shipping packaging

• A brief description of the issue

For verified issues, VeluneLiving will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost, which may include:

• A replacement

• A prepaid return shipping label

• A refund

• Another reasonable solution

Inspection Process

Returned products may be inspected after arrival to confirm their condition and eligibility.

Once the return has been approved, we will proceed with the applicable refund or replacement.

Refund Process
